Joseph Mathews is a Registered Professional Accountant and a
member of the Society of Professional Accountants of Canada. He
is also a Certified Accounting Practitioner and has successfully
completed the 2-year CICA In-depth Tax Course, qualifying as a Tax
Specialist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada
(now Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario). Additionally,
Joseph holds associate memberships with the National
Association of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Institute of
Certified Management Accountants ANZ (CMA- Certified
Management Accountant and CGBA- Certified Global Analysts) ,
Institute Of Certified Public Accountants Of Rwanda (CPA),
American Institute Of Certified Public Accountants, CPA (Australia),
The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India (CA), and The
Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA). He earned his

Bachelor of Commerce degree from India.

Since 1999, Joseph has led Joseph Mathews & Associates, and in
2019, he expanded his professional endeavors by founding
Account Dynamics. The firm provides bookkeeping, accounting,
preparation of financial statements, issuing compilation
Engagement Reports, all statutory filings, personal income tax
returns, annual corporate income tax returns and business plan for
financing to financial institutions. Also, he specializes in tax
planning, tax minimization strategies, CRA tax audits and tax
appeals for personal and owner managed small business

corporations.

With over 20 years of practice, Joseph has identified a critical need
for advisory services that provide individuals with the necessary
information and understanding of the Income Tax Act. This
realization drives his commitment to developing innovative
solutions to bridge the gap between the Canada Revenue Agency

(CRA) and corporate and individual tax filers, through interpretation
bulletins and income tax rulings, bringing clarity to the Income tax

legislation.
